Sample Answer:

I remember a time at work when I had to adapt to an unexpected change. My manager, who had been leading our project, suddenly left the company. I was asked to step in and take over the project, even though I had little experience in a leadership role. Initially, I was overwhelmed by the responsibility, but I quickly realized that I needed to adapt. I sought guidance from my colleagues, who were more familiar with the project, and took the initiative to learn as much as I could. Over time, I became more confident in my role, and the project was successfully completed. This experience taught me the importance of being adaptable and open to new challenges, even when they are unexpected.
